Maintaining the ceilings

If you allow the humidity level to get too high in your home, you could have condensation collect on the ceiling which can cause staining. If your ceiling becomes dirty or stained it can be repainted with a good acoustical ceiling paint.

If you need to cover a stain before painting, you can use a product like Kilz to seal the area. Smoking and water stains will bleed through if not sealed before painting.

Scrapes or scratches can sometimes be covered by rubbing with soft, white chalk. White shoe polish might also work. Dirt smudges may possibly be cleaned by using a soft gum eraser.
