If you are a private individual and need to sell your existing manufactured or modular home and property, we will list it here for free. Really.

All we ask is that you keep your description under 50 words. We will include your email address so that people can contact you directly about your ad. There is a limit of one free submission per person.

If you would like something more than a short description, we offer one page ads with up to two pictures for $4.99 a month, renewable monthly. You can arrange payment through PayPal, an online service that will handle credit card charges for you. We never see your card number. It is easy to set up an account with them. Just click on the button below to make your first payment. We will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.

We will not guarantee that your home/property will or will not sell through this ad. We HOPE it does but we can't make promises like that.

If your home sells through any means, be sure to tell us as soon as possible so we can keep this list updated.
