'Sauce Pops
1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
3 medium apples unpeeled cored and cut up
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup dark raisins
1 tablespoon sugar or to taste
Popsicle sticks
Process apples, juice, cinnamon and raisins
in blender or food processor until smooth; add
sugar to taste. It will taste less sweet when frozen.
Spoon into 3-4 ounce paper or plastic cups or frozen
sucker molds. Place in freezer. When partially frozen,
insert a stick in each cup and finish freezing.
Chilly Fruit Kebabs
What you will need - a mixture of fruits such as:
Melon chunks (watermelon, honeydew, canteloupe, etc.),
Apple slices, Grapes, Peach slices, Oranges slices, and
Strawberries
Cheese chunks
Kebab sticks
Put one of everything on your stick. Place in fridge for at
least 15 minutes. These are really "COOL" snacks!

Choco Banana Dips
Bananas - cut in chunks 8 oz chocolate chips One or more of the following:
colored sugars,
cinnamon sugar,
peanut butter,
chopped nuts,
coconut,
ice cream sprinkles,
crushed cookies
Peel the bananas and slice into several pieces.
Place
the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and cook
on high until melted - about 1 minute, stirring every 30
seconds until smooth. Dip the banana slices in the chocolate,
then roll them in other ingredients as desired.
Apple Nutties
1 Red medium apple; cored & sliced about 1/3" wide, not skinned!
Peanut butter (creamy works best)
Tiny marshmallows
Spread one side of each apple slice with
peanut butter. Place three or four tiny
marshmallows on top of the peanut butter on
one apple slice. Top with another apple slice,
peanut butter side down. Squeeze gently.
Eat right away, makes 8-10
