We are setting a sectional over a 14 coarse basement and
with
HUD regulations we have to purchase the home with the
insulation in the
floor. Will this cause a moisture problem
with a heated basement and
first floor?
If both are heated and there is sufficient ventilation
for air replacement so that there is at least a minimal amount of
outside fresh air, (like the fresh air intake on the furnace), then there
should be no problem.
