Scaled Tanks Forum is a Do It Yourself community dedicated to building scaled down versions of driveable armored vehicles. You won't find Radio Controlled Models, converted ATVs, Golf Carts or Pickups with plywood shells painted to look like tanks here. Other forums are online that support these vehicles.
