When you send payment, it is assumed that you have read and understood the Terms of Sale and policies of Rebel Ridge Paintball and that you are unconditionally accepting them.

PURCHASE:
We accept credit card payments through PayPal. It is easy to set up an account with PayPal, a secure online service which will handle credit card transactions for you so you don't have to give your credit card information to everyone you order from. We never see your credit card number or other information. When using the PayPal shopping cart buttons on this website, you will be given the options of either logging into an existing account or creating a new account.
If you don't have a credit card, Pay Pal can set up an account to transfer funds from a banking account.
When using the Pay Pal shopping cart buttons, shipping has been calculated for the continental United States, shipped through USPS Priority mail. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii or Kentucky do not use the shopping cart buttons. Contact us personally so we can work with you. Pay Pal can still be used but the shipping and/or tax will have to be calculated by us. You can then enter this information when you login to PayPal. We will have to know what you are ordering and your shipping address, including the zip code. This address MUST be the same as the one you use in the PayPal system. PayPal recommends that shipments only be made to confirmed addresses so,
WE WILL NOT SHIP TO
AN UNCONFIRMED ADDRESS.
You can establish a confirmed address when you set up your PayPal account.
If you do not wish to use PayPal, do not use the PayPal shopping cart buttons.
We accept bank or postal money orders. Contact us and we will total your order, including shipping and contact you with the final amount due.

We do not accept personal or business checks due to the length of time necessary for checks to clear the Bank.
Special or Custom Orders will have to be paid for in advance before the order can be filled. They may take a little longer to fill if we have to order them from another source.
***IMPORTANT*** Be sure to provide us with all the information we will need to fill your order. When you are placing an order through PayPal, you will have a comment section where you can write in this information when it is required.

RETURNS:
NO CASH REFUNDS, credit will be given for amount of purchase only.
DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE BEFORE CONTACTING US.

Contact us and provide the original order number.
Give us a brief explanation of the circumstances.
If it needs to come back, we will issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. We will refuse ANY and ALL packages that come to us without a Return Authorization Number.
The Return Authorization Number MUST be on the OUTSIDE of the box.
A written explanation must be in the box along with a copy of the original invoice.
ALL boxes must be returned to us via UPS or USPS priority, insurance recommended, at your expense, (instead of charging a restocking fee).

WARRANTY:
We are not a Warranty Service Center. Contact the manufacturer for repairs or service. We will assist you in getting factory contact information if you don't already have it or can't find it.

USE:
Warning: Paintball markers and associated pressure tanks/accessories are not toys! Misuse or careless use may cause serious injury. The proper use of barrel plugs and proper eye protection are the greatest safeguards against accidental injury. Every marker we sell includes a correctly fitted barrel plug. Eye protection designed specifically for paintball must be worn by the user and any person within 200 yards.
Read Operations Manual before using. Never point a marker at anyone not wearing the approved eye protection and not actively involved in a game of paintball. Play only at facilities that have the ability to test marker velocity. Do not exceed 300 feet per second. We further recommend contacting a local commercial playing field in your area for instruction in the safe use, handling, storage and transportation of paintball equipment.
We are not responsible for injuries or property damages resulting from the use or misuse of this equipment. By purchasing these products you agree that you have read and understand these instructions and the inherent dangers and relieve and absolve Rebel Ridge Paintball of any and all responsibilities for these or any other dangers associated with these products.
It is the buyer's responsiblity to establish that the statutes and ordinances, currently in effect in the city and state in which they live, do not prohibit the purchase, possession, ownership or use of a paintball marker or paintball equipment.

SHIPPING:
We ship via USPS Priority and our shipping rates are based on this type of shipping.
NO RUSH ORDERS
You must allow at least 3 to 5 business days to get your order ready for shipping. Minimum shipping charge is $4.05 plus delivery confirmation. A tracking number will be provided for you after shipping.
You will be notified of backordered items. If a product is on backorder you have the option of waiting for the item to come in or canceling the backorder.
Special or Custom Orders will have to be paid for in advance before the order can be filled.
If you do not receive your package in a reasonable length of time, (1-2 weeks after purchase), feel free to Email us.
(We do not accept orders by phone).
