Tippmann M98 Response Trigger
The response trigger is a drop-in kit for the 98 Custom. The response trigger kit increases your trigger speed by resetting the trigger and sear with excess gas during firing.
This gas is used to operate a cylinder behind the trigger to do the resetting. The pressure of your finger on the trigger pulls it back to fire the next shot.
The speed is determined by the amount of flow through the knurled adjuster on the side. The upper limit on the rate of fire is set by this adjuster.
The Response Trigger System is available for the 98 Custom, and can be retro-fitted to the Model 98.

Flatline System
The principle behind the system is Tippmann's newly designed slightly curved barrel, which applies centrifugal force to the ball, creating backspin. Not only does this system offer increased accuracy and distance but also offers flat trajectory for thick brush and canopy play. By minimizing trajectory of the ball and increasing accuracy, you increase the amount of targets which would ordinarily be out of range.

- Trajectory: Little or no arc at 180 ft. (stock barrel needs 7 ft. of arc to reach the same target)

Tippmann Custom M98 Double Trigger The double trigger kit is a drop-in kit that
replaces the single trigger and trigger guard. The kit includes a
double trigger and a tournament legal trigger guard. To install the
double trigger, simply remove all gas sources and disassemble the
marker to the point of removing the left half of the markers receiver.
Remove the single trigger and guard. Then replace with the double
trigger and guard. Now replace the receiver half. It's that simple!
